FREEBUM (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a Canadian small business creating the first women’s bottomless athletic underwear. Our website is hosted on the Wix platform and our email domain is managed through Google Workspace.

Orders and Payments 

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Payments are processed securely at checkout. Pre-orders are charged immediately and will ship once production is complete — we’ll keep you updated by email.​

FREEBUM is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from using our product or website. Our underwear is designed for comfort and performance, but everyone’s body and preferences are unique.

Product Information

FREEBUM is proud to offer a unique, bottomless women’s athletic underwear — designed and made in Canada. We aim to ensure all product details, images, and descriptions are accurate, but minor variations may occur since each pair is handmade with care.

Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only, at a flat rate.  This cost will be added to your cart at checkout.  Please double-check your address — we can’t replace packages sent to the wrong one.  We anticipate that preorders will ship early December.  Freedom is almost here! 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.  If you’re unsatisfied with your order, contact us at hello@freebum.ca — we’d love to hear your feedback and make FREEBUM better for you.
